Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket is accepted. Simply show the ticket on your phone at the lounge entrance alongside your boarding pass.
Where exactly is the lounge inside YVR?
The lounge is in the restricted airside area, past customs and security. You will need a valid boarding pass for an onward flight to enter. Note that shower facilities are not available at the Pier C US Transborder and Domestic Departures location.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children under 2 enter free of charge. Children aged 2–11 are welcome but cannot use massage or spa services if offered. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Are showers included in the price?
Shower facilities are available at some Plaza Premium locations within YVR but carry an additional charge. They are not available at the Pier C US Transborder and Domestic Departures lounge.
What are the lounge opening hours?
