Where does the tour start, and can I board elsewhere?
The principal departure point is the Palace of Culture and Science (Dworzec Centralny 14). Red Route buses depart from there at 10:00, 12:40 and 15:50. You can, however, board at any designated stop on either route — you don't have to start at Stop 1.
When does my ticket validity start?
Your 24 or 48-hour window begins the moment you first board and validate your ticket, not from midnight or the date printed on it.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket displayed on your phone screen is accepted on board.
Is the tour suitable for young children?
Yes. Children under 6 travel free of charge. Note that they are not entitled to a dedicated seat, so they will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap.
How often do buses run, and what if I miss one?
Bus frequency can vary by season and route. Red Route departures from Stop 1 are scheduled at 10:00, 12:40 and 15:50. Check the City Sightseeing Warsaw website for the most current timetable before your visit.
