Do I need to book a specific start time?
You select a date when booking, but you can pick up your bike any time during store hours. Bear in mind the last rental is issued two hours before closing, so plan accordingly.
What are the store's opening hours?
Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM from April to November, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from November to March. Hours can vary, so check the Unlimited Biking website before your visit.
Can I bring my young child?
Children under 12 months are not permitted. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Tag-a-long attachments and toddler trailers are available for an extra charge on arrival (subject to availability) for children under 120 cm and 45 kg.
Is there a weight limit for the bikes?
Yes — the maximum weight per bike is 136 kg (approximately 300 lbs).
What do I need to bring for the security deposit?
A valid photo ID and a credit card are both required at pickup. Cash deposits are not accepted.
