Which departure city should I choose?
Pick the city that matches your accommodation. All three options — Zurich, Lucerne, and Interlaken — follow the same itinerary once you reach Grindelwald; the difference is coach travel time and ticket price.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
The tour operates in most weather conditions. A minimum of two hours at the Jungfraujoch summit is always guaranteed. Some outdoor areas may be restricted in severe weather, but the Ice Palace and indoor attractions remain accessible.
Is this tour suitable for young children?
Children under 6 travel free but do not have a reserved seat. The tour is not recommended for children under 2 years. The high altitude and cold conditions mean younger children should be dressed very warmly.
